Terms of Service

The service

Found Clearly is an AI search optimization and local SEO agency for home service companies. We offer a free check, paid reports, one-time projects (the Found Sprint and Website Rebuild) and monthly plans. Our own audit software supports the work; findings may also use crawl data, provider samples and documented heuristic scoring.

Monthly plans

• Plans are billed monthly in advance and run month to month. There is no minimum term.
• You can cancel at any time by email. The plan ends at the end of the billing month in which you cancel, and you are not charged again.
• Prepaid terms (6 months at 10% off, 12 months at 15% off) are billed upfront and are not refundable, except for delivery credits we cannot apply to a future invoice, which we refund.
• Each plan lists its monthly deliverables and their credit values. A missed deliverable is credited on the next invoice, or refunded if there is no next invoice; a missed quarterly deliverable is credited at the end of the quarter. Items marked "at most" or "as needed" carry no credit. Deliverables waiting on information, access or approval from you move to the following month.
• You can upgrade or downgrade at any time; the new price starts on your next billing date. Plans cannot be paused.
• You own the work we create for you, and your Google Business Profile and listings stay in your name. Our software, templates and methods remain ours.

Payments, credits & refunds

Prices are shown in USD before purchase. The Expert Action Plan fee is credited once toward the first month of a monthly plan, or toward a Found Sprint, started within 30 days of purchase. Paid reports you have bought also come off the price of a Website Rebuild, unless already credited. Each fee is credited only once; credits do not stack and have no cash value. One-time projects are scoped and confirmed in writing before work begins. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.

Any subscription bought under an earlier plan name (Stay Found or Momentum Partnership) continues on its current terms.

What we commit to

We commit to the work and the reports set out in these terms and in what you buy: the deliverables listed in your monthly plan, the scope confirmed in writing for a one-time project, and each paid report as described when you buy it.

The work in your monthly plan is guaranteed. Every item except the as-needed ones has a credit value, and if we miss one, you don't pay for it. How a missed deliverable is credited or refunded is set out under Monthly plans.

Every paid report is dated and shows the evidence behind its findings. Its scores follow the method published on our methodology page on the date the report was made.

Acceptable use & intellectual property

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for websites and businesses you are authorized to represent. Reports we deliver are for your use; our methods, templates and software remain our property.

Limitation of liability & governing law

To the extent permitted by law, Found Clearly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. These terms are governed by Romanian law, without limiting mandatory rights that may apply under the laws of your jurisdiction.
