AI search visibility audit: can ChatGPT understand your business?

Buyers ask AI assistants for recommendations. We measure how ready your site is for AI to read, understand, and describe your business accurately.

Buyers now open ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity and ask “who does this near me?” An AI search visibility audit measures how much clear, crawlable evidence your site provides for that moment: whether a system can identify who you are, what you do, where you work, and why the information should be trusted. It is readiness analysis, not a promise that a particular model will mention you.

We check entity clarity, explicit service and service-area content, useful answer passages, structured data that matches the visible page, and access for relevant crawlers. Then we fix gaps such as services trapped in images, inconsistent business facts, or pages with no direct answer. These improvements support accurate retrieval while the final answer remains controlled by each search or AI provider.

High

Your services are difficult for machines to interpret

Your services live inside images and a slider. Search and AI systems may miss or misread that information, reducing the evidence available when they assemble an answer.

Medium

Nothing answers the questions buyers ask

Clear answers to real buyer questions give search and AI systems useful passages to retrieve and give customers a faster path to a decision.

Can I control what ChatGPT says about my business?

No. No one can force or guarantee an assistant's answer. Your website is your primary source for accurate business facts, but systems may also use search indexes and third-party sources. Making those facts clear, consistent, crawlable, and supported improves the available evidence; it does not guarantee a mention.

How do you measure AI search visibility?

By default we score your site's readiness for AI — the entity clarity, structure, answer-ready content, and structured data assistants rely on. Because it's computed from your site, it's stable: re-running the same site gives the same score within a couple of points. Separately, every audit asks real AI assistants a set of buyer questions on that date and records the answers — that live sample is shown alongside the score, never folded into it. Tracking how it moves month to month is what an ongoing partnership does.

Does structured data help AI understand my site?

It can help machines interpret entities and page meaning when it accurately mirrors visible content. It is supporting metadata, not an AI-ranking switch: Google says no special schema is required for its AI features, and no valid schema can guarantee that an assistant will describe or recommend a business.
