What exactly is Found Clearly?

Found Clearly is a website visibility consulting and implementation firm for local service businesses. We help improve how websites are discovered in search, understood by AI assistants, and evaluated by prospective customers. Our proprietary audit software supports the work; human review, implementation, and evidence-based re-auditing deliver the service.

Is this just an SEO audit?

No. SEO (being Found) is one of three parts. We also check whether AI assistants can understand your business (Understood) and whether a real customer grasps your offer and takes action (Chosen). It's a full marketing-visibility review, not just keywords and rankings.

What are the three pillars — Found, Understood, Chosen?

Found = can Google and Bing crawl, index, and rank you. Understood = can AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity interpret your business correctly. Chosen = can a human understand your offer in five seconds and know what to do next. Each gets a 0–100 score with the evidence behind it.

What is included in the free visibility snapshot?

Submit your website and email address and we will manually review the site. We usually reply within two business days with directional Found, Understood, and Chosen scores plus a small set of important issues. No card is required. The snapshot is an initial review, not the complete crawl, evidence set, or implementation plan included in the paid diagnostic.

What do I get with the Expert Action Plan — and what does it cost?

You get the complete diagnosis — everything working against you, the evidence for each finding, and a fix list ordered by what it is costing you — plus a 30-minute working session with an expert, deciding which single change is most likely to bring you customers and which findings you can safely ignore for now. It covers up to 10 priority pages. The $149 is credited in full toward any Sprint booked within 30 days, so the diagnosis comes off the build.

Do you guarantee more calls, traffic, or #1 rankings?

No — and you should be cautious of anyone who does. Search engines and AI systems don't allow guaranteed placement. We give you an evidence-based diagnosis, implement the fixes, and prove the change by re-auditing your own site. Results vary by market and competition.

What is a Found Sprint, and what does it cost?

$1,500, fixed. We implement the highest-priority findings from your report on up to five existing pages — the ones that actually bring you work — then re-audit so you can see exactly what moved. We also review and correct your Google Business Profile, because for most home-service businesses the map brings more calls than the website, and give you an honest read on how your reviews look next to the companies you lose to. We set up free visitor tracking at the same time, so from then on we can see where people give up. One revision round and QA are included, and delivery is 7-10 business days once we have access and agreed scope. Extra pages and rewrites have published add-on prices; past $750 of add-ons the next package costs you less and we will tell you so.

What happens after a Sprint — do I have to keep paying?

No. A Sprint is a complete piece of work and many clients stop there. But websites do not stay fixed — competitors publish, Google shifts, and AI assistants change who they cite, usually without telling you. If you want to keep the ground you paid to win, Stay Found is $699 a month: each month we re-run the full audit and compare it to the last one, read your Search Console to see which searches stopped bringing you people, watch real visitor recordings to find where buyers give up, and implement one priority fix. Momentum Partnership is $1,750 a month and adds a full funnel review plus one substantial improvement. Both are offered only after a Sprint, so we are maintaining something we built and can measure.

How is the AI visibility score measured — does it change every time?

By default the AI score measures your site's readiness for AI — the structure, clarity, and signals AI systems rely on. That's computed from your site, so it's stable: re-running the same site gives the same score within a couple of points. Separately, every audit also asks real AI assistants a set of buyer questions on that date and records what they said — that live sample is shown alongside the score, not folded into it. Watching how it moves month to month is what an ongoing partnership does.

Do you work with businesses anywhere?

We can work remotely with local service businesses in multiple markets. The method is consistent, but recommendations reflect the client's real services, service area, language, competition, platform, and legal context.

How soon will I see results?

The delivery timeline is agreed after scope and access are clear. Completed website changes can be verified in a re-audit, while search crawling, indexing, rankings, AI answers, and customer behavior follow timelines that Found Clearly cannot control or guarantee.

Is there a lower-cost self-serve report?

Yes. The $49 Complete Visibility Report gives you every finding, the evidence behind it, and an ordered fix list you can act on yourself or hand to your developer — covering up to 10 priority pages. It is the same report the $149 tier includes; the $149 adds a 30-minute working session on what to do first. If you buy the $49 report and later want that session, you pay only the $100 difference.
